The council has changed the criteria to determine who does and does not qualify for an allocation of housing. To avoid disappointment it is recommended that applicants are aware of the council’s admission criteria.

Applicants must complete the housing application form in full and provide all the requested documentation. Failure to do so will result in the application being rejected.
Applicants who want to apply for shared ownership only should download and complete the shared ownership application form.
